The principles that make our crêperie unique

We believe that gastronomy is much more than feeding the body. It is cultures, memories, and emotions turned into flavors. At Crepísimo, our philosophy was born from the encounter between the great French culinary tradition and the most authentic ingredients of Peru, creating an experience that surprises all the senses.

Over 100 varieties of savory and sweet crêpes are the result of years of fusing France's long culinary tradition with the most flavorful and refined ingredients from all over Peru. Each crêpe is a bridge between two gastronomic cultures: French precision and elegance, and the richness of ingredients such as cañihua flour, rocoto, or ají de gallina.

Each ingredient has a purpose and a story. We work with products that celebrate Peruvian biodiversity: exotic fruits from the region for our smoothies and juices, Andean herbs and spices for our infusions, and local seasonal products that bring our exotic salads and gourmet sandwiches to life.

Crepísimo goes beyond the plate. The artistic decoration of our colonial mansion at the Alliance Française, the lounge with books and games, the terrace with views of the Santa Catalina Monastery and the volcanoes, our exclusive cocktails with Peruvian pisco, and our wine list from the new and old world: all are part of an experience designed to surprise all the senses.
